This all-new version of ShareVault iOS app provides a number of important enhancements: 1. The look and feel is very similar to that of the ShareVault web app, giving it a consistency that makes it even easier to use. 2. The iPad app is very similar to the ShareVault web app, except that it has a built-in native document viewer that provides for faster document rendering and scrolling as well as preventing screen capture if the document security policy has been configured to prevent screen capture. 3. The iPad version now provides administrators with full administrator functionality. 4. The iPhone version adapts to fit the smaller screen and has simplified functionality, including document browsing, searching and viewing. Q&A is not yet supported, but basic administrative functions such as adding users and groups are now available on the iPhone version. Fixed an issue in 5.0.1 with default open on app launch to the ShareVault production environment.

This update adds two security enhancements: 1. Enhanced the security of the encryption key exchange for viewing of encrypted PDFs. 2. Prevents printing for non-admin users. This was required since iOS10 introduced support for printing to PDF. This version is a required update due to the security aspects of these fixes.

1. Now compatible with ShareVault's new document-to-document hyperlinking 2. Improved support for iPhone 6, iPhone 6+ and iOS 8 3. Screenshot prevention: Documents protected by the "disable screenshots" security attribute will warn the user when a screenshot is taken for the first time. The second screenshot will result in the user being locked-out. In both cases, the ShareVault administrator(s) receive an email with the offending user name, document and page number.

This is a required upgrade that fixes a system-level issue that allows for a more direct connection to the ShareVault data center.

1. Fixed a bug that prevented watermarks from showing with certain rare policy settings. 2. Improved the display of websites shown as a result of clicking links within documents. NOTE: Due to the watermarking fix, which is a security issue, this is a required update.

This is a required update. Users will not be able to run ShareVault for iOS without first updating to this latest version. This is for security reasons. The fixes and new features in this version are as follows: 1. Improved watermark scaling in the document viewer fixes an issue that sometimes caused watermark text to go off the edge of the page. 2. Improved document cross linking: Closing a cross-linked document will now re-open up the document that opened it (i.e. the previous document). 3. Session timeout handling: On session timeout, the document being viewed is closed immediately for improved security. 4) For cases where a document contains a url (web link) to an external website, a back button is displayed to allow navigating back to ShareVault.
