As a mobile-first and cloud-based solution, Stayplease operates in a single app for all departments including Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office, with intuitive and simple user interface. Multi-language support allows staff to use the app in their own native language.
StayPlease is also a messaging platform, providing a unique “Task Messaging” function for staff to communicate about work at hand with text and photos. All conversations can be tracked via reports. Group and individual chats are supported as well. Communications between different departments have never been easier.
StayPlease has certified interfaces with various PMS and is able to capture information such as check-in, check-out, room move, guest reservations, as well as posting room status and billing.
Housekeeping assignments and cleaning workflows are core strengths of StayPlease. Cleaning inspections and workflows can be easily controlled using our Room control dashboard via app for Supervisors. Go paperless for the entire housekeeping operation!
