I could not create an account and it says that there was a problem with the app. I was actually really excited at first because of the new deals that they have in the app. however, I got disappointed that I couldn't create an account in the app. I tried several times already and I even deleted and reinstalled the app, I also used different emails just to create an account but it still says that they're having a problem with their system. I hope that you will fix this one. Im really looking forward to order food from your app and enjoy hot deals.
I was so excited to get the Cup they offer only when you download and register this app. i ordered couple of meals from McDonalds and took me minutes in the line just so i can register and get the cups but unfortunately your app did not allow me to register. I deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times and still no luck of getting that Cup! should i have known I went to other foodchain who can just let their customers buy their products without going through the hassle of registering to their app that doesnt work. I get this error "We're sorry but there seems to be a problem with our system right now. Please check that you have the latest version of the app installed and try again in a few minutes." I'm home and now using a wifi i still get the same error.
I ordered thru mcdo app around 12:30 and we noticed that the status of our order is not changing to “Order being Prepared”. Around 1:10 am we decided to contact mcdo chat support. First agent, rudely closed the chat because of inactivity for not more than 5 or 10 minutes. I was typing and I know for sure they have the visibility on their CRM to see if the user is typing or not. The second agent, contacted the store and explained to me that the store was not responding. That was around 1:40 am. Almost 30 minutes, the store is not responding. Then we decided to cancel our order and ask for a refund. The agent told me it will take 24-72 hours and the manager on duty (Mcdo Salawag)will call me. Guess what? No one called me and they made me wait. How nice to treat a customer.
I ordered last night at mcdo zabarte caloocan branch. I placed the order at 9:30pm because the app showed that the estimated arrival time was 9:45-10:00pm. I confirmed my location and I had constant communication with the branch. However, the rider only arrived at the branch to pick up the food at 10:15pm! Then he proceeded to go and deliver to my location however at 10:30 he told me his motorcycle got broken and he was still fixing it. And he can’t go to my location. I was hella hungry and tired at this point but I still went out to the place he got stuck at to get my order. 🤬I only got my order at around 10:40pm. Make your deliveries efficient!!! I will not order again in this app!!!
I love the new app!! It will give you points for every purchase, 10pesos = 1 points which you can redeem for another food soon as your points is eligible. And the best thing about the updated app is every food item has calorie count and nutrition content! This helps me a lot because I am in a calorie deficit and eating mcdo is irresistible, with all the nutrition info I can manage to eat my fave food in mcdo while still staying in my calorie intake. I love you mcdo for this!
