I love this app! 2 weeks in and I already lost 1 kg. It provides a holistic outlook on my weight-loss journey. I count my calories, I keep track of my fasting, and I see my weight forecast in the coming months by weighing everyday, so I become more aware of the food I eat and the calories I burn through my daily walks. I still get to enjoy complete meals a day because now I choose the right kind of food for my body.
Good for tracking down the calories. Helps me to keep myself away from too much sweets.. heheAlso, although the app doesn't have all the foods or recipe, you can create or give your own suggestions.. :)
I love this app. It's like a mini journal. I'm on a free version. The premium version is tempting but not sure if I need that yet. It helps a lot in my weight loss goal.
Calorie tracking app out there. Would recommend. Helped me lose 40kg
My target is considered low BMI so this app wouldn’t let me choose my target weight. I am an Asian so BMI is really not reliable. But then I put an overweight target weight and with no hassle it just accepted the input. Funny how being overweight is acceptable but lower BMI is not.
