Added a help section with more in-depth explanations. Risk engine update: Improved handling of PKU and gout. Fixed an error that incorrectly triggered “Avoid” for non-milk products in users with a milk allergy. Added missing icons for certain conditions. Cleaned the additive table after scanning a product, removing misleading “Safe” labels from additives.
