Description
ConcentrixOne mobile app will connect & collaborate employees of Concentrix with its various organizational resources and activities. The App creates inclusive culture among the employees and promotes organizational values. With the improved agility, security & speed, the App enhances the brand experience.
The application uses the following permissions from the device:
Location: The App can use the users current location to find the nearest Company facility and set context. Location details is also used to initiate Maps while exploring Company Locations. Denying this permission will disable the App in finding your nearest Company facilities, setting context in determining contents or initiating maps; the App can still work though.
Camera: The App can use the device’s camera to capture images to set as your profile or to report incidents. By denying this permission the App will not be able to use camera to capture fresh images, but can continue use the features by using already captured images from image library.
Photo-library: The App can fetch images from the device’s image gallery to set as profile image or to report incidents. By denying this permission App will not be able to fetch stored images for these purposes.
Notification: The App uses the Notifications for Alert level messaging.

Cant log in after the update
Before the update it was working fine but then the update happen. Keeps on telling me that I should contact the IT help desk since I’m not authorized to access it. Now I have no clue on what happened to the ticket I raised. I thought it’ll be more useful for the employees but it’s more useless than ever. And if you try to reach out to the HR benefits to ask something. They will just tell you to raise it to the CNX one app. I mean where’s the logic in that?

What for?
Downloaded the app, think it would be useful. Once I logged in, it routed me to a page having the concentrix one logo all right reserved blabla. On the menu, company profile, culture (the fanatical blabla) and philosophy (the three Vs). On the lower banner, there’s a newspaper icon which will just route you to concentrix website which I think is absurd, coz what’s the app is for if you’re just going to put hyperlinks in it. Again, the culture and philosophy. And! Log out button which O clicked. Space-eater.

Smooth
The app is working smoothly. The new version is fast and doesn’t lag. I like the interface and It takes only a fee seconds for me to log in and navigate.
