Cannot fetch my location
The app does not ask for location service access and upon logging in to the app it prompted that it is not able to get my location and so I cannot punch in my time in. App should be updated immediately to support the latest iOS
Cant login
App is always asking me to move closer to my assigned location?? i am at my house why gps is not working? And also I’m WFH. What if I go somewhere far from home because I dont have internet? Let’s say my parents house? I dont understand why you have this feature.
Can you also add clockin/clockout direct button somewhere visible on your website because the UX is not so good there. You need to click a drop down then confirmation then another confirmation then… you need to refresh?? You can also disable the clockin too if someone already did clocking in. I sometime forgot to refresh the page so i kept on clicking the clockin. So I ended up 5 clockins!
Very convenient
Almost all basic functionalities of the web version is already in the app.
Payslip, leave application, etc.
I like that it ask how I feel before logging in and out :)
