If you’ve already signed up with Streamtech, I’m sorry for you. Im also extremely sorry for myself. I, unfortunately, don’t have a choice on which provider I can have since I live in one of their condos. You would expect that since there’s exclusivity to their partners, there would be more care in handling their accounts - NO! This app also doesn’t help. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for updates on my account - NO REPLY. I downloaded this app to check their system - NO UPDATE. Nothing about this company works for the betterment of their customers. I have been repeatedly overcharged and disputes/repayments not being handled properly. Customer service doesn’t know how to HELP CUSTOMERS. And as I hoped this app could be some sort of progress to any of their lack - STILL DISAPPOINTED. I have lost any hope in being handled like a proper customer with this company, Globe, Smart and Sky Cable, as annoying as their connections can also be sometimes, Atleast has some resolutions on issues, they respond to emails, and their ticketing system actually works. I just hope and pray for Streamtech to be at the level of the bigger and better brands. It’s a pity Crown Asia properties restrict the brands that they allow to be used in their locations. Please do better, Streamtech. I, along with several others, are deeply dismayed about having no choice but you as our provider.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the consistently poor service I have received from your company. Despite paying my bill in full and on time every month, I am continually faced with the frustration of unreliable internet connectivity.It seems that like clockwork, every month I experience prolonged periods of no internet access, leaving me unable to work, communicate, or even relax properly in my own place. This recurring issue has become not only an inconvenience but a major source of stress and anger.I find it utterly unacceptable that I am expected to pay the same amount each month for a service that is so consistently unreliable. It is clear that your company is failing to deliver on its promises and provide the level of service that customers rightfully expect and deserve.

Imagine every maintenance activity it took more than two weeks fixing internet service and no retro. Happened to me January 2024 and now Sep 2024. Their office don’t also entertain complain internet issue and only process payment transactions. Contact center - you can only get connected after 8-10mins and then suddenly disconnected in the middle.

Removing internet issues since this is for App review only. The app is always crashing and lagging. Customer response in ticket takes a month to get a reply. Lodge a ticket june 28 then got a reply Jul 19. Then most of the time they just close your ticket without any resolution provided. Just let other ISP service us as its evident that you are not reliable service provider.
