This app is keep on updating every time that i’m opening it. I mean, it’s good that you are ensuring the quality of the app, but you cannot open the app if you will not update it first, it’s a huge waste of storage. Every week of updating the app?? That’s hilarious.

I keep on checking this app everyday to ensure I'm on top our water bill because we do not want our water supply to be disconnected just for non-payment because we can definitely pay our bills. But this app keeps on loading, it doesn't go through. I was waiting for our water bill instead but I didn't notice anything, we didn't know our billing date because we just moved here in this city. On the 25th, we woke up with no water. I had to install this app on iPhone SE 2020 so I can pay it. I even went to the office to pay the reconnection fee, and was advised that it'll be reconnected within the day. But no, it was still not reconnected. We work at night so we had to sleep during the day. We can't travel all the way back to SM Megamall to follow up because we live in Antipolo City.

Paid bills its said that account is already paid but after a few days it shows that you have still balance have to contact the office to search my payment via paymongo (gcash) and it took a long time have to pay the next month with 2 bills but our local office helped and fix the problem, but right now app is not working stuck at loading screen hopefully they can send the hard copy of the bill so i can pay via gcash and hopefully i wont have the same problem.
