Your rider has a bad attitude. I received a text message this morning at 8:13 AM informing me that my package was out for delivery. I waited in the living area but didn’t receive any call or message indicating that the driver was on the way. Later this afternoon, while I was lying in my room, someone loudly yelled “Ayo!” in front of our house, and I heard it. As I was about to step out of my room, I heard him loudly call my name. I was shocked—why would he yell my name in front of people? I was too embarrassed to go outside because there were others watching.He didn’t even bother to approach our door to hand over my package! When I walked toward him, he said he had to go farther and passed our house while trying to find my location. I was confused—why didn’t he contact me to say he was on his way? Then, he gestured with his hand, holding his phone, as if to take a picture, which confused me even more. He said he needed to take a picture of our house and door with the package for documentation, adding that if I didn’t want to be the “model” for Flash Express, I should step aside. What kind of disrespect is this? He could have simply said, “Excuse me,” and I would have understood. Your rider, Kevin Timbal, embarrassed me far too much. Flash Express, you should conduct proper seminars for your riders on professional behavior and customer service.

I have a complaint about your delivery guy service! Its really and indeed upsetting! For the second time the delivery guy who's named JERICHO FEBRERO MACERIN, didn’t shows up! I texted him multiple times that i cannot be contacted via calls because i am a really BUSYY person and my phone didn’t allow unknown number callers. I texted him multiple messages and got no response from him. He didn’t even send me messages about my parcel’s update like other did !!! Was it so hard ? Or is there policy for your delivery guy that stated that they should not reply and text their recipient and just do calls ? I am also thinking maybe the phone number associated with his name on my order is wrong!? If so may i please have the correct phone number? Very poor Service and bad characteristics!!!!!!

Been using flash for my deliveries for more than 3 years now. I am from pangil laguna our parcels here have aways been taken cared and deliveries are always fast too. Riders and staffs from the hubs here in Sta Maria are always friendly and easy to transact with. Their rates are also lower which helps me as an online seller with my transactions. I have one experience with a rider but from caloocan which had an attitude, i gave him a bad review since he is both rude to me who booked the pick up and the person who waited for hours for him. I tried to be patient with him and gave him chances however he is not very friendly at all, I gave him a bad review on the app for that rider.

for context, i ordered through shopee with flash express as the only courier option. they said that they failed to deliver twice even though i was at home for both days without any notification on my package. called customer service and they said that they will process my delivery today, only for the automated message to tell me that “I was not on location” and my parcel will not be delivered! If you’re going to fail to deliver my parcel, maybe due to a large number of deliveries, be transparent. do NOT gaslight customers into thinking it was their fault for not recieving a parcel. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Absolute worst, makes their customer feels like its their fault, and I never got my parcel. you all are better off with other couriers.
