Flash Express(PH‪)‬ 12+

Your rider has a bad attitude. I received a text message this morning at 8:13 AM informing me that my package was out for delivery. I waited in the living area but didn’t receive any call or message indicating that the driver was on the way. Later this afternoon, while I was lying in my room, someone loudly yelled “Ayo!” in front of our house, and I heard it. As I was about to step out of my room, I heard him loudly call my name. I was shocked—why would he yell my name in front of people? I was too embarrassed to go outside because there were others watching.

He didn’t even bother to approach our door to hand over my package! When I walked toward him, he said he had to go farther and passed our house while trying to find my location. I was confused—why didn’t he contact me to say he was on his way? Then, he gestured with his hand, holding his phone, as if to take a picture, which confused me even more. He said he needed to take a picture of our house and door with the package for documentation, adding that if I didn’t want to be the “model” for Flash Express, I should step aside. What kind of disrespect is this? He could have simply said, “Excuse me,” and I would have understood. Your rider, Kevin Timbal, embarrassed me far too much. Flash Express, you should conduct proper seminars for your riders on professional behavior and customer service.

I’ve been scheduling pick up for three days in a row but they’ve all cancelled it, on the first day it was cancelled because they said “walang riders, hindi pumasok. resched nalang tomorrow”. I sched a pick the other day and its was also cancelled without them explaining the reason why it was cancelled. on the third day i said i will give them a chance, I sched a pick up again and umfortunately it was cancelled again without any reason. If you created a courier please make sure that you have enough riders to pick up and deliver the items in the said time.

for context, i ordered through shopee with flash express as the only courier option. they said that they failed to deliver twice even though i was at home for both days without any notification on my package. called customer service and they said that they will process my delivery today, only for the automated message to tell me that “I was not on location” and my parcel will not be delivered!

If you’re going to fail to deliver my parcel, maybe due to a large number of deliveries, be transparent. do NOT gaslight customers into thinking it was their fault for not recieving a parcel. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Absolute worst, makes their customer feels like its their fault, and I never got my parcel. you all are better off with other couriers.
