The old version of your application is much better and more user friendly. But this one is a complete trash. I've been using your mobile app to track our monthly bill and to pay online. But since we're force to download this new app, I can no longer track our bill and pay online time. An error message always appears every time when OTP is needed to login. Bring back the old version. It's much better!Update after 2hrs (12:00AM): I was able to access the OTP interface but did not receive the OTP number. Additionally, I noticed that the OTP timer is inaccurate. When I request an OTP and switch to another app before returning, the timer remains unchanged instead of running in real time. It seems your QA team did not thoroughly test this scenario. Please include this bug in your test cases and conduct proper regression testing before going live.

I’ve been trying for MONTHS to get it to work but I am still unable to log in. BOTH the app and the new website REFUSE to work and I cannot get past the OTP verification where it just freezes after saying “Please Wait” when I enter my OTP. I have contacted support in their social media (Facebook Messenger and X because I cannot find any phone number or email on their website for some reason) but after a long wait, they don’t seem to be able to help me. I used two different devices, 2 different browsers and have done all possible browser troubleshooting known to man. The new app/website simply DOES NOT WORK, and they like to pretend it does. I don’t know why they shut down the old app and website that has been working perfectly without making sure the new one works.

The old meralco app worked much better (and that is saying something). You should not have forced people to use this app until you have ironed out all your problems. The current bill that you send by email is not the same as the bill that is reflected on your app. My payment made for January is not reflected on your app so it now appears that I never made a payment yet on the email you sent me it is billing me for the current billing period , which is the correct amount. When I tried to report it SEVERAL TIMES on YOUR APP together wih my proof of payment it just kept saying that “for some unknown reason your form was not submitted”. You just cant win. Meralco doesnt like you paying throuh gcash directly but it doesnt fix the app so you can pay securely.
