New Account creation failing

Looks like this either this app has not been unit tested properly before deploying to production OR the APIs at the backend doesn’t seem to respond properly. Have this app do Unit tests, Integration tests, user acceptance tesrs as well as Load and Performance testing, this is disappointing and tarnishes the Toyota Brand name.
You will not have many users of this app if this will not be resolved asap

Bug on registration page

Still not able to proceed once registration page has been completed. Tried doing some work arounds but still not able to procced.

Update the app. Version 1.0.4 still has bugs in it.
