Everything else is working except Insurance

Tried uploading my insurance policy in this app and now the screen is just blank white with no way to go back to previous screens

Needs Major Improvement

Using the app to book a service is useless. Confirmation is done only when someone calls you up but you’re actually waiting for nothing since not all branches use the app for. They’re probably not yet ready to adapt digitally. No algorithm used in search. You have to know the exact name of the accessory or it will not yield any results. Accessories not compatible to the unit you registered shows first and they’re a lot. Would have been better if it’s already pre-filtered to show all relevant accessories to the unit registered. Why have the user register it in the first place?! It’s also a waste that this app does not integrate at all with their Toyota Wallet app. Of all the secured payment apps we already have, why will I risk my security to use yours? Looks to me like the only purpose of making these apps is for Toyota to say that we have a lot of apps in the App Store. To be honest, it’s a waste of space on my phone in its current state. Would have loved it if Apple Carplay works wirelessly. Come on, Toyota, you can do much better. If I get a developer reply to this review that’s copied and pasted like the rest of you, we all know where this is going or not going. I am on the latest version available. 😉😉😉

Mandatory when purchasing new vehicles!?

They do not consider company bought fleet vehicles and/or old people who hasn’t adapted to these technologies.

We are forced to register a cellphone number. There should be other options like email and such.

Make this optional and not mandatory for new vehicles as not every car purchased is for personal use.
