Free · In-App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
This app is for heavy freight pilots who wear brown pants.
This app lets you import your schedule, jumpseats, commercial tickets, catering, and crew, all in one app. Easily export your schedule to your calendar. This app is being developed by a current IPA pilot who just needed a better way to view his life. The first five imports before subscription are free. If you sign up for a subscription, you get one week free of unlimited imports and full app use. Cancel anytime, of course. more - New: Aircraft History (Pilot Info → Aircraft History) — every company tail you've flown or jumpseated, with flew/jumpseat/total counts, a most-flown card, fleet filters with counts, search, and sort (most flown / recent / block)
- New: tap any tail to open its full Aircraft History card (stats, routes, Flightradar24 / FlightAware, notes)
- New: swipeable "moments" banner — reunions, most time aboard, first tail, longest leg, biggest fleet, milestones
- New: fleet-type color coding, "flown recently" highlight, and long-press to pin favorite tails to the top
Yoke Note updates
* Rename any field on the yoke note — tap a field name in Yoke Note Options to change what prints (e.g., turn ETOW into whatever your operation calls it)
* New print preview (eye button) shows the exact printed page before you commit to paper, with swipe-through pages when printing all future flights
* Reset to Defaults now also restores original field names
Fixed catering import failing with "No matching flights found" when the flight number's leading zeros differ between sources — a trip sheet's flight 081 now matches the catering email's Flt No: 81, and the reverse. Applies to both the meal email import and the catered/not-catered status format.
2.6.5 3 days ago
* Crewlu Cloud migration: fixed the 23503 database failure when a trip still restoring from iCloud (0 duty periods yet) had crew attached — its crew leaked into the standalone crew upload with no parent trip on the server. The trip crew now rides only the trip document; migration completes or names the trip, still waiting.
* Sign-out is now local-scope: signing out on one device no longer revokes the other device's session and stalls its sync.
* New "session expired — sign in again" state on the sync chip, schedule sync banner, Crewlu Cloud hero card/detail, and migration sheet; clears on the next successful sync or sign-in.
* Internal: SyncSchema model-count test updated for AircraftNote (full test suite was failing since Jul 11).
* Fixed leftover "JS" entries for commercial deadhead flights (Altour bookings) that a schedule revision removed from your trip — they no longer linger in the timeline or your subscribed calendar.
* Ghost jumpseat cleanup now also runs periodically in the background instead of only at app launch, so stale entries — including ones created on a device running an older version — clear within minutes and the calendar feed refreshes automatically.
2.6.4 15 Jul
Brand new Aircraft Notes — tap the tail number on any flight, then the new notes button on the aircraft card. Notes remember the flight and date you wrote them with, hold a log page number, and can be flagged as repeat write-ups.
Duty Period screen: flight legs now show FAA nighttime next to block time (Block: 09:02/04:12, night in muted red) — calculated minute-by-minute along your route using the civil twilight rule (14 CFR 1.1), so legs that fly out of darkness into sunrise and back log correctly.
CSV export: new NIGHT column (HHMM, added at the end so existing spreadsheets and Safelog imports are unaffected).
Fixed: schedule changes that removed a deadhead leg could leave its "JS" jumpseat entry behind on the side-scrolling timeline and in the Apple Calendar subscription. Re-imports now clean these up, and a one-time pass at app launch removes any leftovers from earlier versions (calendar updates on its next refresh).
Fixed: Manual events (RSVA/reserve templates, manually entered times, and Hot Standby) created in the evening were saved on the previous day. The date picker speaks UTC, but the save code was reading the day back in local time.
Fixed: Duplicate Event day buttons were labeled one day behind where copies actually landed, which made an extra event appear after the last selected day. Buttons now show the true landing day.
Fixed: Crew Access "Trip Information" screenshots with the browser address bar visible failed to import — they now route to the correct parser.
Fixed: on international trips, days with two legs (ground transport + deadhead, or back-to-back same-number flights) could silently lose legs on screenshot import. Ground transport (GND) segments now import properly.
Fixed: T-Board deadhead legs marked "DH" now import as deadheads instead of revenue flights.
Fixed: Crew Access "Trip Information" screenshots with the browser address bar visible failed with "Couldn't read this Crew Access Roster screenshot" — they now import correctly.
Fixed: on international trips, days with two legs (ground transport + deadhead, or back-to-back same-number flights) could silently lose legs on screenshot import. All legs now import, and ground transport segments (GND) show properly.
2.6.3 13 Jul
Fixed commercial travel imports (Altour) failing to read flights on airlines whose code contains a number — JetBlue (B6), Frontier (F9), Endeavor (9E), etc. These itineraries were importing with zero flights ("No flights were found"); they now import correctly.
Fixed the countdown timer in the widgets. When a lot of time was left (like 3:19:45), it could spill onto a second line. It now stays on one line and shrinks slightly to fit. Applies to all widget sizes — small, medium, and large, for both flight and non-flight events (like "Driving home").
2.6.2 10 Jul
The Edit Pilot screen has a cleaner, more modern look: a standard iOS layout with small color-coded icons for each item (name, nickname, notes, location, spouse, family). Simplified the pilot photo: one clear "Change Photo" button, no more confusing pop-up menu. Fixed trip dates coming in a year off when adding a Crew Access trip while your phone is set to a timezone far east of the U.S. (for example, while overseas in Asia). The first flight of a trip could land a year in the future and merge the first two duty periods. Trips now import with the correct dates and duty periods, no matter where in the world you are when you add them. I added a check for updates in the settings. The "Crewlu Cloud · Synced" status under My Schedule now tucks itself away after 10 seconds so it stops taking up space. It reappears automatically the moment anything syncs again. Warnings like "Sign in to resume sync" or "Waiting for internet" still stay on screen. Improved: the "Trip Already Exists" screen now shows exactly what a re-import will change, what's kept (crew, van times, catering, hidden flights), and what needs your attention by name. Improved: the "Trip Changes" log after a re-import shows what actually changed in plain language — no more confusing technical rows or changes that never happened.
2.6.1 8 Jul
Fixed some screenshot issues from BPro. Fixed: Bidpro Tripboard screenshots with 5-digit trip numbers failed to import; now fixed. Ground-transport legs (limo/van, shown as "DG LIMO") that were previously skipped are now included.
2.5.9 2 Jul
Fixed several Van Time issues in the timeline:
* Van times no longer show the wrong airport (a van occasionally borrowed an unrelated leg's city).
* Van times no longer appear at the wrong time (some showed the night before, hours off from the actual report).
* Hiding a flight's legs now also removes its Van Time — no more leftover "ghost" van you couldn't get rid of.
* No Van Time for your commute from home to start a trip (e.g. a commercial deadhead out of your home airport — you got yourself there). Mid-trip layovers at your home base still show a van, since the company books a hotel.
You can now hide individual van times
Crew now syncs across your devices:
Before, if you imported a trip on one device (say your iPhone), the crew list wouldn't appear when you opened that trip on your other device (your iPad). Now your crew shows up everywhere you're signed in to Crewlu Cloud.
Two-device heads-up: your existing trips' crew fills in automatically once BOTH devices are updated to this build and have synced once.
- When you create a Crewlu Cloud account, your iPhone now offers to save your email and password to the Passwords app — so it autofills next time (and on the globe website).
2.5.8 1 Jul
Fixed a lot of screenshot import issues. But please people only use the screenshot import method as a last resort. Code method is best. Fixed the sign in views for Crewlu Cloud. Fixed training schedule import. Fixed many other small bugs.
2.5.6 26 Jun
Fixed some syncing issues with Crewlu cloud
2.5.4 21 Jun
Setting up Crewlu Cloud is clearer. If you've used the app for a while, Crewlu Cloud is a brand-new free account — separate from the iCloud syncing you already had — so the setup screen now leads with "Create my free account" and explains you never set a password for it. If you try to sign in or reset a password for an account you never made, the app now explains what's happening instead of leaving you stuck, and if you try to create an account that already exists, it sends you straight to sign in. Screenshot imports: deadhead legs now import correctly. When importing a UPS CMS Details screenshot, a deadhead's real commercial flight (airline + route) is now read from the remark column, even if the times were scanned imperfectly — previously, the wrong (scheduled) flight could be imported. Time Detail screenshot imports now keep the "DH" deadhead marker on a leg even when the scan glued it onto the city pair — previously, that deadhead flag could be lost.
2.5.2 19 Jun
Added Crewlu Cloud!!! Sync to your iPad or any Apple ID. Added a forgot password button
2.5.1 18 Jun
Brand new backup engine!! Crewlu Cloud!! EFK will sync even with a different Apple ID. Pro account carries over with the Crewlu cloud. Lots of other fixes. Hiding trips works again.
2.5.0 17 Jun
Added a way to send data from your EFK directly to the Crewlu app via a 4-digit code.
2.2.4 6 Jun
Added a way to edit the times and cities for a flight. No, you still can't delete anything in a trip. You still need to delete the whole trip and reimport it. I'm working on a way. Also, really updated the training schedules with an easy to use pdf importer for your whole long-term training session. Updated the Van times. Squashed lots of bugs.
2.2.2 3 Jun
New screenshot and PDF import methods!!!!! Take a screenshot of what you want imported, and the app will try to OCR it and add it to the app. You can now also import a PDF from Altour or your training schedule from Mint. These are all in beta, so you all need to help me perfect this by sending screenshots that aren't working. There are many other fixes and improvements.
2.2.0 30 May
Another Altour format change fix. Lot's of other fixes.
2.1.0 18 May
Fixed some Partner sharing issues.

2.0.8 12 May
Fixed some partner sharing issues. Updated the help tutorial in the scrolling list view.
2.0.6 6 May
Change the default Logten Pro start dates. Fixed where if you hid two flights in the list view, the layover was still listed on the calendar subscription. Fixed the catering import issue where GSP was confused with GS.
2.0.5 3 May
Changed the jumpseat details view so it looks better on older devices. Changed the UTC times color on the scrolling list view to match the UTC theme of the app, of yellow and blue. Changed the commercial ticket format on the scrolling list view to match the rest. Changed the Van time format to make more sense.
2.0.4 29 Apr
Hopefully, fixed LYH and ROA in the Home airports.
2.0.3 26 Apr
Added Partner sharing early departures. Added UTC date on the jumpseat view. Added some airports to the Home airports. LYH and ROA
2.0.2 23 Apr
Added app sharing to the brand new Crewluve app, which is now in beta. Improved the Pilot window view in landscape mode to match the Pilot Window app. More accurate with fun information. Since the iPhone's compass heading is not that accurate, I added a calibration dial. Set it to your plane's heading or find a star or moon to fine-tune the heading. Completely rebuilt the iCloud sync view and mechanism. Added some airports.
2.0.0 21 Apr
Fixed an issue where, if you were doing an international duty period and your first leg was domestic, the duty time would be 90 minutes instead of 60 minutes. Fixed where if an FO was imported into the app as an RO, he wasn’t listed in the Pilot Directory unless you searched. Fixed the detail import method to change the times when updating a trip.
1.9.9 6 Apr
- New: Aircraft History (Pilot Info → Aircraft History) — every company tail you've flown or jumpseated, with flew/jumpseat/total counts, a most-flown card, fleet filters with counts, search, and sort (most flown / recent / block)
