Private by design. Your documents stay on your device, not on DocVault servers. SCAN & IMPORT Scan documents using your device camera or import existing PDFs, images, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. DocVault can automatically detect document edges, correct perspective and help produce clean, readable scans. ORGANISE YOUR DOCUMENTS Create folders and subfolders, add tags, mark favourites and quickly find the documents you need. Add notes and keep related information together in one secure place. SEARCH INSIDE DOCUMENTS On-device OCR extracts text from scanned documents so you can search document names, tags, notes and recognised text. OCR processing takes place locally on your device. EDIT & MANAGE DocVault includes practical document tools for: • Annotation • Redaction • Digital signatures • PDF compression • Merging documents • Extracting pages • Reordering pages Your original document can be retained while edited versions are saved separately. DOCUMENT EXPIRY REMINDERS Add expiry dates to documents such as passports, licences, insurance policies and contracts. DocVault can provide local notifications when important documents are approaching expiry. Documents that do not expire can be marked as No Expiry Required. VAULT HEALTH Get a quick overview of your document vault, including expired and expiring documents, unassigned files and important security information. SECURE BACKUP & RESTORE Export your vault as an encrypted backup protected by a passphrase you choose. Backups can be restored to the same device or another compatible device, with options to merge the backup with your existing vault or replace it. Your backup passphrase is controlled by you and cannot be recovered by DocVault. BIOMETRIC PROTECTION Add another layer of protection using your device's supported biometric security, including Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint authentication. SECURE SHARING Share documents through your device's native sharing options. Where supported, create password-protected archives before sharing sensitive documents.
