3. Product-specific introduction
3.1 How to apply
• Download the E-Perash App on Apple Store.
• Fill up our fast loan application in the app.
• Submit a valid government-issued ID (Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, TIN ID, PRC ID) Get approved instantly!

3.2 How to get money
• Your money will be deposited directly to your preferred cash-out option such as Bank Transfer or Cash Pickup at Padala Centers.

3.3 How long is your loan term?
Loan term: 91 days -365 days.
Repayment installments: 2 periods, the first repayment date is day 30, second repayment date is on the maturity day.
Loan amount: ₱1000 - ₱20,000.
Max APR: 36%, including all interests and processing fees.
Interest: 0%.
Processing fee: 6%-20%, depending on the period you selected.

Example:
Loan amount: ₱10000
Processing fee: 10% (₱1000)
Loan term: 180 days with 2 periods, first repayment date at day 30, second repayment date at day 180.
Monthly interest rate: 0% (₱0)
Monthly repayment sample:
₱5500 at 1st month end,
₱0 at 2nd month end,
₱0 at 3rd month end,
₱0 at 4th month end ,
₱0 at 5th month end,
₱5500 at 6th month end.
Total payment: ₱11000

Not transparent to charges and customer service personnel who reminds payment is very disrespectful

Not transparent in terms of charges. No breakdown given during my application so I thought I can get the full amount because that was what indicated in the summary but sadly the charges and interest were already deducted. The costumer service who called me before and during due date was angry and questioning me why I am cancelling her call which in fact I was not cancelling the call and I was explaining that I am in the middle of Teams meeting that’s why I can’t answer. Very poor in handling especially that my loan is not yet past due

DISRESPECTFUL Agents! unlimited harassment!

Ung mga agents dito lahat sinungaling at Bastos! They will offer a 30days term if u pay early. Then after u pay wala ng paramdam! Total BS! grabe pa maka tawag at text, di mo pa due my harassment na. on my due date my text blast sa contacts ko na hindi daw ako ma contact ay nagtatago!During my due date yan ha. Samantalang nag rereply ako sakanila na 4pm ako makakabayad! Walang hiya tong mga agents dito. Wag nyo na try magloan dito. Ganito ka nila ooferan ng early payment. Aminado ung agent na lugi ka sa loan mo sakanila. Kasi super taas ng interest! Di mo pwede cancel! “Bakit po ginugusto ninyo na mahirapan kayo sa 7days duration, meron naman po tayong 30days duration at higher reloan , sige po hindi po kita pipilitin, kasi ginusto mong mahirapan at malugi, Isa lang po yung sasabihin ko wag na wag nyo po akung babalikan , ng tawag kapag nahirapan sa pagbabayad wala na akung magagawa kasi po GINUSTO po natin yan, hindi na kita matutulungan , ang GUSTO KO LANG PO KUNIN MUNA PO YUNG 30 days DURATION PARA MAHABOL KO PO ? TANONG KO PO KUKUHA PO BA KAYO”

Rude Employee's!

Giving them 5 stars so everyone can see! I didnt get to pay my loan today as the typhoon is still raging here at batangas! And guess what? I havent answered their calls because walang power dito and LOWBATT ako maghapon! Kanina lang ako halos nakapagcharge, and their employee told me that "BASED SA RECORDS DI KA NASAGOT NG TAWAG AT NGAYON KA LANG NAG REPLY PAKIGAWAN TO NG PARAAN NA MAISETTLE TODAY KUNAG KAILANGAN MAGPATULONG SA KAKILALA GAWIN MO", what kind of csr is this? I already explained thru text that I cant pay my loan as the flood is still outside and walang bukas na stores para mapaghulugan ng bayad. But they still chose to be rude towards me, they dont UNDERSTAND SITUATIONS unlike any other loan app here 🙂 Now, Im going to delete this app because I dont want to be disrepected by their employees anymore who doesnt know about UNDERSTANDING SITUATIONS.
