Pesoloan - Quick Cash Loan 4+

I applied for at this lending app bec their representative keeps calling me and offering the loan. I finally applied last July 24,2020. Until now there’s no money disbursed in my account. But they are reminding me to pay. Should I bring this up to the media?

I borrowed money from this company, and unfortunately the president announced an enhanced community quarantine, so only 1 is allowed to go out just to buy food, medicine, and groceries and all other establishments were closed due to the lockdown all over LUZON, so we were not able to pay bec 711 was closed and even all other billers were closed. But this HEARTLESS COMPANY AND REPRESENTATIVE INSISTED I PAY BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PENALTY WHICH IS 200 A DAY!!! So even if i know that i am putting my baby at risk of the virus, i had to carry my baby just to go outside look for an establishment open so i could cash in my gcash, since its only me and my baby at home i couldn’t leave my baby behind, still they charged me penalty!!! IF YOU BADLY NEED CASH BORROW FROM A FRIEND L, RELATIVE OR SOMEONE TRUSTWORTHY ENOUGH! SOMEONE WHO WOULD NOT SPAM YOUR CONTACT LIST’S PHONE NUMBER! 🤬🤬🤬

i already paid my loan before due theough my online banking. when the customer services called i asked if i can pay through online banking. she said yes. i asked if how she said just check the app. there's an option BANK, i click and saw a bank account. i asked the csr if i there's no need for validation because other loan app have their validation step when paying. she said there's no validation, Ganun na daw. I asked if account number lng and bsta yung nasa info ng masaganang buhay.. she said yes. so ginawa ko. but until now, my loan was not yet paid in the app. and its already overdue. so i paid for nothing? masasayang yung 2000 pesos ko for nothing then i have to pay again? please help me fix this. ive been calling your number but it seems na hndi nagagamit. Incorrect number daw!
