DO NOT USE THIS APP. THIS IS A SCAM
In October 2023, we booked bus tickets on the app and proceeded to payment. The app booked an entirely different date than what we initially selected (my friends and I are all together while choosing the dates so I have eye witnesses that we selected the correct date prior the payment). What’s worse is when I reached out to tech support to report the bug and in hope for a refund, I was completely dismissed and was told that there will no refunds EVEN IF IT IS THE APP’S BUG/ERROR. This App does not recognize responsibility to its customers and still charges “convenience fees” when nothing I’m experiencing now with the payment dispute is convenient at all. Please don’t support this app. Just buy directly from bus ticketing stations which are much safer.
