Ratings and Reviews
Poor customer service
I booked a socar ride and paid and i come to the location and the car is not there. Wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes of my time. And their customer service is unresponsive. They responded after an hour. They should have a phone customer service to respond to inquiries because their online support is the worst.
Not accepting PDL license
Not accepting PDL license feels like discrimination.
Developer Response ,
Unfortunately, we only accept members with a Competent Driving License (CDL) or Full License for now. Don’t worry, you can come back once your full license is ready! We’ll be waiting for you. If you need any help, please drop us an email at help@socar.my and our team will assist you accordingly.
