One of the safest ways, if not the safest way, of purchasing items online. eBay has a workable way of protecting buyers from scammers.
One thing it needs to improve on: the feedback system. EBay must require sellers to leave feedback as soon as item has been paid for. There are sellers who wait for the buyer's feedback before they leave theirs. Some don't even leave feedback long after the transaction.
SCAMMERS!
Continue to upgrade your system. Let the buyers have an opt to cancel the order if its FRAUD!
Too much SCAMMERS, FRAUD! In example, like I'm about to pay the seller for DP of the items that I commit to buy (a macbook and an Ipad air) thru direct money transfer since the seller doesnt have a paypal account. Imagine Im about to pay the 7k DP and a balace of 16k. Later on found out that the seller is a scammer found some articles on carousell who scammed by the same seller. So I screen captured it and send the photos to her as an evidence why I didnt push through. And now, seller have an opt to sue me coz I commit to buy the said items? Unfair right? Im a legit buyer and im about to be scammed by the seller. Now, ebay will sue me due to unpaid items and will limit me to my bids due to unpaid items that were actually FRAUD items? How's that fair?
Essential App
It's not the most cutting edge of apps but is one of my most often used ones. Very little bugs, updated regularly and from my experience very secure. One request, can you show more of my purchase history than just the last month. For that I have to go to the website.
