transaction history suggestion

This app helps me a lot, to save more time to send remittances but the thing is no transaction history option, to check the previous transaction that we had made so I suggest you need to add another option to see the whole transaction details, so that users will be aware for the transaction history details that we made and its easy for us to access this application. Transaction history details is quite important

Disappointed Customer

I complaint a lot to this company/cebuana about my money which is stolen by them. This is the story: I try to transfer money online from cebuana app to online unionbank app but the cebuana app got system error during that time of transfer of money so I expected that the money didn’t go through but all of the sudden after a days ago the money on my cebuana app was lost and I try to complaint on the branch itself but they refer me to the email or the customer service which I did. But email response it on that the money go through to the unionbank. So I decided to contact unionbank to clarify if it’s true but unionbank confirmed that the money didn’t go through because of the system issue during that time. So I decided to go back again to Cebuana and explain to them but cebuana told me that the money really go through. But still I complaint about it but one day when I open my cebuana app my account was blocked and I can’t open it anymore until now. So obviously the cebuana stolen my money. Small or big amount is very essential nowadays. So better this company will closed or report to fraud department.

CRAPPY APP!

Can’t even register from this app and nowhere to register as well from the web! Such a greedy act. While receiving a remittance abroad from a friend, This company have asked me to open an account from this Cebuana Bank/24k Rewards Program. Clueless, I aksed them how everything works and the teller have explained everything on a nice fraudulent way knowing the fact that I am an OFW and very clueless about their modus here in the Philippines. The teller have charged me for an additional amount being deducted on my remittance and now just found out that this App isn’t working at all and can’t even be accessed online. So what is the use of this crappy app and the eCebuana Card/24k Rewards Card that they have issued me?! Such a BS Company
