Nare-renew ko na on-time mga pawned items ko, thanks to this app! Dati inaabot na ng expiry mga alahas ko kasi hindi makapunta sa branch dahil nagwowork ako at late na nakakauwi. Ilang beses na nga ako napagsaraduhan ng branch dahil mas early sila magsara sa declared office hours nila 😑. Pag nag renew naman earlier than maturity, nakakahinayang ang tubo. Ngayon, anytime, anywhere pwede na 🤩. However, may mga transactions pa rin na sa branch lang pwede so hopefully, you can add these features:
1. Magamit ang points pag nag renew.
2. Mabawasan ang principal amount every maturity. Para naman matubos ko na paunti-unti mga alahas ko. Miss ko na eh. 😭
3. Notification pag may maturity. Hindi kasi lahat ng branch nagreremind. At sabi ng support, hindi daw required na magremind ang Cebuana personnel.
4. Makapag cash in mismo sa app without charge sana 🤞🏼. Hindi kasi convenient na lalabas pa ng CebEx app para mag transfer ng amount.
5. May email sana ng transaction details. Para kung may issue or error, madali mahanap ang reference. May sumpong kasi minsan transaction history eh. 😞
So far, yan pa lang naman mga hanash ko. Sana may pa-free 24K gold jewelry sa review at inputs ko haha. Chaaaar! Pero pwede n’yo rin seryosohin! ☺️✨

Thanks to app narerenew ko na on time pawned items ko, sana lang may option to renew all at one click yung mga pawned items, one item at a time pa kasi lang ang option, additionally nag ca crash din app minsan and ndi na mabuksan, x2 na nangyari na ndi ko maopen, which me resulting na ndi ko marenew ung item, but i found out na need idelete ang app and install again para mag work ulit.

Since i already have a record they dont have any fuzz like asking for ID or anything which is very convenient for the customers.. and i love how the staff offer to use the points.. others dont really care bout it, but ceb staff was taking some time to educate their customer about the points they already have.. last time i use my points as an insurance.. and its a good thing, i dont have to spend any money but still im insured..
what im trying to say is.. CEBUANA DONT JUST PROVIDE SERVICE THEY DO REALLY CARE ❤️
