I gave 5 stars so everyone can see and read my feedback. I tried this app for an emergency and I’m disappointed after their approved my loan, why? The interest and charge are unbelievable. They deduct the processing fee of 950 and they will less 10% from the money you loan. Meaning to say they charge a processing fee plus 10% from your loan. I called them to get a clear explanation but the only said is that the policy. Processing fee I understand but not the 10% less from your loan and you will pay them the exact amount of your loan plus interest, etc. This is the first and last to use this lending app.

They tell you that waiting time is shorter in comparison to all other apps. I tried loaning due to an unexpected emergency, only for them to say that it has not been approved. What is the point of your advertisement if you put down people’s hopes in their time of need? Are you all just there for the money? And with how big the interests are, im sure you all get more from people in need when they choose your services. This is a terrible loaning app. Only after the money.

Agents are so insensitive

An agent called me today to inform me about my application being declined, i have no problem with the rejection however you could at least hire a competent and polite agent so customers would try again, Imagine being called so early in the morning just to have someone yell at you.. when she called me i couldn’t hear a word she way saying due to extreme background noise so i asked her to repeat what she just said in a polite and nice way suddenly she started talking faster which of course troubled me more to understand what she was saying, after she spoke i was gonna ask her a question but she dropped the call without even asking me if everything was clear or not. YOU CAN DO BETTER THERE ARE AMLOT MORE COMPETENT APPLICANTS OUT THERE WHO CAN DELIVER BASIC DECENCY FOR YOUR COMPANY
