FAR: Lone Sails 9+

There are still some bugs like when standing on a cart, I’m still floating and can’t jump on the next platform. So basically I’m stuck and can’t solve anything.

When I preordered this game, I didn’t actually expect much. I saw the post-apocalyptic, steampunk visuals and thought it looked really cool and so I’ve decided, why not get it? To say I am pleasantly surprised at what I got is an understatement.

This game is not only downright gorgeous and atmospheric, it is incredibly introspective and interesting. Truly a wonderful and worthwhile experience that I couldn’t stop thinking about after completing. I love how the game doesn’t spoonfeed you instructions as if you are too dumb to figure the puzzles, but it isn’t too vague to discourage you from being curious and exploring your environment in your own way. I love how the game revolves around maintaining your vehicle as if you are going adventure while bringing your house with you. But what I love the most is the ambiguous storyline and the main character. There is something very lonesome yet exciting about being one of the last beings left to explore a desolate world. Seriously felt like the game was ripped right out of one of my favorite dreams!

My only issues are the controls, because sometimes they aren’t very sensitive whenever I try to move my character in a certain direction, and how the game felt too short, maybe because I finished this game in one sitting. I would really love to explore the world more, and solve more puzzles, and upgrade my vehicle more. But overall, this was truly a wonderful gaming experience and seriously worth what I paid for.

I just finish it like 4 hours. Please add more levels.
