The shoes in this app are really nice and the people behind its customer service. There maybe a few setbacks when it comes to shipping and tracking your order but I’m confident that they can fix and find a workaround for it in the near future. Also, sometimes, there are just some things especially shoes worth waiting for.😊
Inefficient app
You can find affordable AJs on this app but the very downside is when you buy the shoes, the app says that it would take 3 days for the seller to ship but you don’t get to see any updates of your order. You will just be lucky if the seller is within PH or else, it would take 10-15 days to arrive at their center and another week to deliver at your premise. Their customer service both email and live chat are useless. I am just waiting for my shoes to be delivered and will delete this app. You better look your shoes elsewhere where you can get real time updates with the seller. I find this app exhausting and inconvenient. Developers could have done better.
