Was approved for my 1st loan and received an email that disbursement will be within 24 hours but haven’t received anything yet it’s been 4hrs after the timeframe and I also sent lots of inquiries to your customer care center email but haven’t receive any updates though, can someone tell me how long is the disbursement process?

I am deeply dismayed and disappointed by your actions regarding my loan term with you.I am about to renew my loan to make my ends meet. However, I noticed that on my last 2 loan terms, I have late payments. Though by loan agreement, the loan will be automatically deducted.When I am about to renew my loan last week, you are forcing me to pay manually because there was a late payment which does not make sense at all since it will be auto-deducted. That kind of treatment I received from you guys is essentially humiliating. You made me feel like I am not able to meet my financial obligations because of that.I will not use your service again anymore, as you made me feel like I am not a good payer.

No they won’t answer you if you are going to pay for your loan early. They will let you know that they will get back to you on the same day and give you the amount to pay with less interest but that’s it. No hey no ho. They don’t no email and even phone number is not working for days. Got blocked maybe. Since I have been calling them.

I just wanna share how bad it is that you made me fired at my work, now I am jobless and nowhere to go, thanks for reporting to it to my company without reaching to me first, I am at the state of lost now because I lost the job that I am trying to keep, I hope your business will be good after this.
