GOMO PH 4+

I recently downloaded the gomo ph app with high hopes for seamless SIM registration and smooth user experience, but I have been sorely disappointed. It's quite shocking that such a basic feature as an "OK" button is missing, rendering the entire registration process futile.

Upon reaching the step to select my province during the registration process, I was astonished to find that there was no way to confirm my selection. I could select a province, but with no "OK" button or any other way to proceed, I was left stranded and unable to complete the registration.

I tried restarting the app and my phone, reinstalling the app, and even attempting the process on different devices, but the problem persisted across all attempts. This oversight not only wastes users' time but also reflects poorly on the app's overall quality.

Furthermore, as a result of this critical bug, I have been unable to use the gomo ph service, which has been extremely frustrating. I expected a polished app and a user-friendly experience, but the lack of attention to detail in such a fundamental part of the registration process has left me questioning the app's reliability and the competence of the developers.

I urge the gomo ph app development team to immediately address this issue and release an update to rectify the problem. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone, as it simply does not allow users to complete the essential registration process.

If majority of the issues here are unable to continue their registration, mine is much worse. I am unable to download app due to os upgrade version requirement. I used my gomo as a backup internet for work so i mainly insert this sim on a globe router, now that i have to register the phone number on my old iphone 6, i cannot even begin the process since i cannot download this app. The old gomo app allowed me to download it, but this one gave me so much hassle. Provided that the registration is just a one time process and i can do that on my other phone, it is just so much hassle having to replace my personal sim for my back up sim. Much more hassle to top up load or convert load since i cannot use my old phone to do that.

Dear Gomo PH,

Please downgrade the version of the app for the benefit of the old phone users.

Countless times I have to tap submit and it keeps saying error and I don’t even think it’s because of the Wifi or signal, but maybe from APP! If there may be a problem with uploading can it be more specific, can’t tell if it can’t upload because of the image upload size but I managed that! Do I need to fill out the whole form? Is there actually a bug in this app from hindering to register? Probably! Pls. GOMO, I’ve been using this for a while now and it’s a good app for me, but I can’t seem to register because of countless errors! Idk if I’m doing something wrong filling out the form, feels like I’ve done it well though! Pls. see to it that you check if the app has some bugs before it reaches the deadline of SIM REGISTRATION?!
