Start a Focus. When the Break arrives, Groove Timer fits several short Grooves into the time you have. Follow Push-up Builder, Pull-up Builder, Core Strength, mobility, and other curated plans—or choose individual Grooves from the Library.

• Choose bodyweight, pull-up bar, resistance band, dumbbell, kettlebell, and mobility options.
• Set repeatable targets for reps or time.
• Build a Break from several Grooves instead of waiting for a separate workout block.
PROGRESSION YOU CAN SEE
• Record every finished Groove as a Completion.
• Review reps, holds, moving time, and Focus sessions in History.
• See what you have done Today.
• When recent Completions show a target is repeatable, Target Review suggests a small next step. You decide whether to increase it.

• Focus on work, move during the Break, then begin the next Focus.
• Use optional local notifications when it is time to switch.

Groove Timer is designed for desk workers, remote workers, students, gamers, and anyone who wants physical progress to keep moving during a screen-heavy day.
No account is required. Your Focus, Break, Groove, and Completion data is stored locally on your device. Subscription purchase history is processed by the app stores and RevenueCat to confirm access.
