I can’t leave notes to restos

No feature to leave notes and directly communicate to restaurants. I’m annoyed that I still have to ask rider to tell resto to avoid adding an ingredient that I can’t eat. Rider arrives and restaurant is already preparing which means I have to get food that I can’t enjoy. I hope they add a feature for special directions regarding food preparation.

Easy to use and friendly rider but...

I had used the app three times. It was easy to use, not buggy, user-friendly and has variety of options. I could have given it a 5-star if the policy of the “office” regarding orders will be flexible. I ordered from a resto and one of the food I ordered was not available, I tried to check the options but only a very few are available at that time and I just had a meal of the same type they are offering as alternative. I thought it would be easy to deduct the cost of the food not available in the menu of their resto-partner as the delivery fee is not based on the total amount of the order. Majority are fixed delivery fees. However, their office insisted that my order cannot go below the ordered amount in the app and insisted that I should order two orders of the food I have on my order list so it wont go below the amount. Problem is I am alone and would not eat two orders of the same food while working. I don't get the point of the policy (as your DF is almost fixed in the app) but it should be realigned. It is always customer’s choice to select alternatives depending on our appetite and cravings. I insisted it is not my fault and there are no other alternatives the resto can offer, I was polite to explain it to the rider. I must commend the rider for being very polite also and helped me solved the minor problem. I hope you can revisit your policy about this or have a system that checks the availability of the food items (such as simple call) prior to dispatch of the rider so no time, resources and efforts wasted.

Can’t express enough how grateful we are for happyapp. We have been using this for several months already and all transactions were smooth. The riders are kind and honest as well! Hoping for more food options in the app though, because some restaurants’ options are not the same with their dine in menus.

Great app but dishonest store rating

Urghhshs
Rated one store 3 stars in the past but the rating is still 5 stars in the app. In fact, all stores/restos have 5-star ratings which I find deceiving. The developers must show real ratings.But thankful this app is available for folks in puerto princesa.
