i had this crazy experience with jollibee
i was using my computer then someone ask me to buy a food from jollibee at night i think carefully if jollibee is closed and i check the time it’s still have time then i i click best sales click the last one chicken with rice and one nestea i make it 3 then check out
then a status pop up it says reorder then i’m discombobulated and i check the jollibee branch bacoor it’s closed then i had to cancel the order I DONT KNOW! i even message the store about the problem i encountered then i click option delete acc didnt do nothing
i delete the app and use my computer

i heard a lot of noises then she says something i didn’t hear and the second she say’s it understand it well i was going to say goodnight and waiting for her to hung up the phone. and i’m here waiting for the delivery

Very Much Late
I’m typing this while waiting for my order. I ordered my food 5:34 in the afternoon. It’s now 7:42, near 8:00. I have waited and waited and even messaged Jollibee why is my food not arriving. The thing is I might be fine if the food is late if there is an update. The Order Received, Prepping, In Transit, Delivery is very useless if it’s still not doing anything. 5:34 and now 7:42 and my only update is that it’s still receiving? My oder is not a priority but atleast tell me my food is delayed than not replying to me. I wanted to cancel my order but I have to access Jollibee to cancel my order. How can I cancel my order if it does not read my text from before? This is my first time using the app and it’s not pleasant to see and experience this type of delivery. I want to delete my account so the process would stop but I’m scared to press delete then suddenly Jollibee is in front of my gate with my order. The profile set up is easy but ordering is not. Update your customers via message so we would know what is happening. Tell them it’s delayed and if we want to continue, we should have a choice to cancel. It’s okay to stop the cancel order if you are preparing it but if the update says you’re still in receiving, we should have a choice to cancel.
Last month, I placed my order at 8:40pm. Order should arrive 30mins later since there 3-4 stores within 10km radius of my home. At 9:45pm, there was still no sign of my order so I cancelled via app. Twice I canceled just to make sure it pushed through and called my kuya to buy food I was ordering on his way home. But at 11pm when I was on my bed, the rider called me saying he is at my gate! I still paid the rider since he was not at fault here but the inefficiency of this app. I reported this to the store but got a call the 2 weeks later just the manager apologizing without any explanation how it happened.
This night I tried again, since this offers pwd/sr discount, my sibs want to avail their discount. When checking out, no stores were available. I restarted the app and tried again but has the same notification. So I opened foodpanda to order. Lucky, I checked the app again to compare prices only to that my order was placed or else I would have duplicated my order again!
Your delivery customer service is so poor.
