Confusing payment

What is the difference between credit card delivery and credit card online?

I pressed credit card online but the sale wont go through. When I pressed credit card delivery it pushed through. We cannot tell why.

I used a supercard but the app said the number is invalid. Maybe it is expired but the app does not say. So I decided to buy a new one. When I bought, the app does not say what card num I have, or if my card is online or has a hard copy. Should I expect a hard copy? So confusing. Lacking basic information.

Hi, Enricocsantos! Thank you for reaching out to us. Choosing the option to pay online using your credit card will enable you to pay for your orders via a link. While, credit card via delivery will enable you to pay or swipe your card via payment terminal that will be brought by our delivery riders.

Also, please expect a physical supercard to be delivered on your agreed delivery time. You will find the 16-digit Supercard number in front of the card, followed by the 3-digit alpha numeric security code.

Extremely laggy and frequently throws an error. Hard to use

Took me almost an hour to complete just one order, which should be simple enough to do.

-cart frequently disappearing, appearing, and disappearing again (even without doing anything). Had to readd my order the first time this happened, only to figure out that the original items reappear after some time. So ended up with twice the quantity.
-adding a credit card throws an endpoint request error, along with a “we’re encountering some technical difficulties” even if card verification already complete
-adding a voucher gives a “active cart not existing” even though order items already added to card. Had to press add multiple times just to use it successfully
-also hangs when going through some steps. Tried to wait for 5 mins but eventually I had to close and reopen the app multiple times.
-after all of those various issues, order got placed successfully and paid with credit card, but order got processed twice. During the first time, card payment showed another endpoint error so I thought payment was not successful so I tried again. Second time, it worked but ended up with two identical orders. I was about to call the hotline but good thing the branch and call agent was proactive enough to call to verify.

Ok for ordering but

The app is very useful for ordering. Payment options are wide and convenient. But when there are issues in the order, especially when the delivery is beyond committed time, the status and resolution is not clear. My first order was done online and it was delayed but the app should be able to determine that it was delayed and refund should have been automatic, similar to the Grab app. Also, past orders don’t seem to be recorded in your account yet. It would be helpful to just re-order through history.
