Ratings and Reviews
I would like you to add a more customization options on the online order. It's so basic and not all of the options are there (Ristretto Shot, Half Decaf, customized number of pumps of syrups, customized number of scoops of Frapuccino chips, Ice levels, sugar options (white, brown or splenda) etc.). If you promote convience in this way, add this options or let us enter a free text to inform the barista on how we want our drink. Please have this as on your next update as soon as possble. Like me or any other customer who is always on the go but wants their coffee or frapuccino or tea the way they like it to be. Please consider this because I like the feature and I want to use this as often as I can. Thanks
Don’t be fooled! New program a bad deal for customers
1. The program is definitely stingier for those just buying coffee! We will need to spend more to earn free coffee!!! Not cool Starbucks!
Please be truthful and say this award is disadvantageous to majority of your customers (who grab basic coffee), and you want people to spend more!!!
And why do you have to hassle your customers for this inferior rewards program??!! You could’ve just done a simple app update. Instead you made customers jump thru hoops like:
- requires to download new app
- requires to get a new card
- requires to reset password with so
Much hassle and bugs
- requires to transfer balance
- loses your existing points and rewards
And all for what!!! For Starbucks to benefit by asking you to spend more before you can claim any award!!!
2. Transaction history missing !!!
3. Add money such a hassle. Even if you successfully pass the bank verification, it will indicate transaction failed. But have an email confirming transaction. So confusing
4. Starbucks - listen! For all the hassle you subjected your customers - P10 spend should equal 1 point. And btw, this will just make it similar to the old rewards program, for majority of your customers who just get basic coffee.
App logs me out
I always select “keep me logged in” because I don’t want to keep having to log in my email and password. But every single day.. it logs me out. The app is convenient to use but it’s incredibly inconvenient to keep logging in when I already checked the “Keep me logged in” box. What’s the point? I can’t even make a comment or give feedback on the app.
Also, every other week the “system is down” and I can’t transact with my app. The reason I use this app is to lessen contact and use the balance! But I have to use my cash anyways.
This app needs improvement and the system you’re using needs improvement too
