Hi! I really love this app and I’ve been playing for a long time. I already bought all of the houses available, but I would love to be able to choose where to live and dress up when I open the game after a new day (you know when you started a new day). Hope you can do something about this concern, thank you!
App Not Loading
My issue is how one day the game suddenly stopped loading until 15% in the homepage. This does not make sense as I have the most recent version, good wifi, and an iOS device to handle the game. I have emailed the support team about my situation and placed further information like my nanobit ID, yet…there is still no reply. My heart breaks to be unable to play this game anymore. I have offloaded the app too, but still, to no avail, the game is still running stuck in the homepage. I used to look forward to playing this game everyday, the sudden malfunction signifies how life is so full of uncertainties and we must cherish what we have 😤💔 . I do not want to delete the app and restart again…SUPPORT TEAM PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL!! I have done everything on my end to fix it, it is up to the team to respond and do immediate action.
Expensive game!!!
I am addicted to this game but the prices of clothes its unbelievable, you have to use diamonds most of the time not cash earned from your movies. Also the energy is too little, you cant even finish a date, learn a skill set or a taping!

I have accidentally purchased a dress using diamonds, I have contacted them in less than 5mins that it was an accidental purchase and they said that they cannot give back the diamonds! wow just wow, it is with verifiable data that I have bought lots of dresses using diamonds purchased with money. I am not even asking for refund to my CC, what I am asking is delete the dress and return the diamonds (planing to buy a different one) I am so disappointed with the Customer service of this game! mark my words you will lose loyal customers sooner than you expected
