BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
They will flood you with calls (7 missed call before 12 noon) even if it is not yet your due date. I mean, they just called yesterday for the update and called once again today! Hello! Inconsiderate and not compassionate to loyal customers
We’ve been using home credit for the longest time and even used their service to purchase 10+ times. This month was supposedly our last month paying another device and we called them ahead of time asking for extension for the first time. We were never delayed and always paid in advance and this was the only time it was delayed. We kindly and humbly asked their agents and they turned us down immediately. They didn’t even asked for a supervisor to review/asked assistance to approve our request and we can really feel that they’re rushing and it’s all for the money after all. We’re very disappointed on how the two agents handled the situation and this will be the last time that we will be using this service.

Literally bad at customer relations
I’ve had 4 successful transactions with Home Credit and I feel like the company should value that. I asked for a 2-week extension of my payment due since unforeseen events happen like losing a job. Apparently, nobody in the customer service department takes note of that and they keep spamming you with calls. Is this how you reward your loyal customers?? This experience is traumatic. I will be making my final payment today and this will be the last time. I’ll hustle harder to buy a new laptop in cash instead of using this crappy service because the whole experience is a total nightmare!!
