BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
They will flood you with calls (7 missed call before 12 noon) even if it is not yet your due date. I mean, they just called yesterday for the update and called once again today! Hello! Inconsiderate and not compassionate to loyal customers
We’ve been using home credit for the longest time and even used their service to purchase 10+ times. This month was supposedly our last month paying another device and we called them ahead of time asking for extension for the first time. We were never delayed and always paid in advance and this was the only time it was delayed. We kindly and humbly asked their agents and they turned us down immediately. They didn’t even asked for a supervisor to review/asked assistance to approve our request and we can really feel that they’re rushing and it’s all for the money after all. We’re very disappointed on how the two agents handled the situation and this will be the last time that we will be using this service.

Home Credit App says to contact customer service
Hi it's been years now since i had my last loan. However, i got delayed but still i paid it. When trying to contact customer service so many times all of the agent cut lines on me or shut me down while talking I don't know what their issue. That's the reason why I am contacting the customer service to fix whatever the problem is but they all refused. Customer service is really not accommodating and some of them are rude just shut the call without any reasons. BIG THUMBS DOWN 👎🏻 NO TO HOME CREDIT HIGH INTEREST RATE , RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROBLEM NOT SOLVE. Sorry but not sorry.
