Unreliable and frustrating experience

I’ve been using this app for a while now, and unfortunately, it’s been consistently disappointing. Most of the time, I can’t even log in because it fails to connect to the server. It’s not just a one-time issue — it happens regularly, making it nearly impossible to access anything when I actually need it.Even on the rare occasions when I do get in, the app still doesn’t work properly. Some parts of the interface seem functional at first — certain tiles are clickable — but after tapping them, no data is shown. It just feels incomplete and unstable. It’s like the app was launched without proper testing or ongoing maintenance.What makes this worse is that they’ve already transitioned to using a digital card through this app. That’s a huge move, especially for users who now rely entirely on the app for access or verification. But how are we supposed to trust a system that can’t even perform basic functions reliably?Overall, the app feels rushed and not ready for daily use. It causes more problems than it solves, and until major improvements are made, it’s just not dependable.

Every time I try to call for assistance, I’m either placed on hold for an unreasonably long time or transferred without getting any clear answers. It’s incredibly frustrating when you’re already dealing with health concerns and can’t get the support you need.An HMO should provide convenience and peace of mind, but iCare has unfortunately done the opposite. I hope they seriously improve their system and customer support because right now, it’s far from dependable.If this is the HMO you have, you better run and switch it up to either Maxicare or Intellicare – both offer better service and a much more convenient experience.

No sign in with apple feature

You should put sign in with apple button for convenience and privacy. Also, when creating a password, my apple password isn’t prompted. I have to create new password or go to password setting to get it. Again, another standard when asking people to sign up or sign in to an apple app. Looks like the developer didn’t really tested this app or they don’t use iphone to know about these basic feature.Then, password has a maximum of 15 characters. So you have to count the characters given by apple password. That’s a hassle.And finally, I can’t log in to the app even after giving the right otp

OTP Security Feature makes this app inconvenient to use

Choosing to receive OTP via mobile number NEVER WORKS so you end up waiting for hours. If you can replace the OTP feature with a face ID or fingerprint feature instead that would be appreciated.Your app has promise because I want to use the doctor’s journal and wellness logs for glucose, weight, etc. But the difficulty of logging in to access the app discourages me.
