the app looks very helpful believing it 24/7 service,i looked for doctor in midnight and it appears there are lots available doctors online despite the timing so i ended up paying for the fee using my debit card for the consultation. After the payment I waited for 15mins but the doctor has no response. It was disappointing because the consultation is cancelled and i received the email notification that the payment will be refunded to my card. U should understand that the refund will take longer time. I couldve used that money to other doctor . The doctors in this app should not appear as online and available if they can not respond to the patient. such a waste of time of the patient . Now i have to wait for the bank and followup them for the refund normally will take 2weeks . Please let the doctors of this app know the hassle if they appear online here but dont respond to patient.

This app is great when you don’t encounter any issues but when you do know that they will not be of any help. For 6 days straight, I have been consistently communicating an issue I experienced with a doctor consultation but to no avail I insistently just received “transaction no. Was completed.” I complained to them that I booked a consultation and not 5 minutes into the consultation I disconnected but came back instantly. However, to my surprise they informed me that the doctor had already left. What was worse was that the doctor left a diagnosis on a lab report I submitted during my booking without further assessment on me, THE PATIENT!! The doctor marked my consultation complete! I reported this matter and provided the necessary evidence and so I was told they will investigate and update me on it. After days, I didn’t receive an update and so I asked and apparently my consultation was complete as if I didn’t inform them of that already. What a thorough investigation. Again, I tried and was told the same thing 5 times. Oh and one notable response they made was despite the giving them the transaction no. they mistook it for another transaction and said “your doctor prescribed you antibiotics.” I had to book that second consultation because THE FIRST DOCTOR LEFT.

This is my first time using this app, and one of the physicians advised me to be patient and understand that I am conversing with a licensed professional. While I wasn't offended by the suggestion, I hope the developers can implement a way to inform paying patients about the estimated waiting time for the chat service. Despite the app displaying a 5-minute wait, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes without any response after the initial notification. While I recognize that we are interacting with professionals, it's important to consider that we are also professionals in our respective fields and paying for the service. It's unreasonable to expect people to remain patient without any notification if the wait extends beyond the estimated time.Additionally, I faced an issue where the app automatically logged me out even though I hadn't finished the consultation. This aspect of the service was disappointing. I checked my internet speed, and it was functioning fine. Moreover, I experienced delayed responses before being logged out automatically. Overall, I'm uncertain about using the app again.

Quality was up to par as well because the doctor quickly understood how my disc issue worsened and gave me insightful suggestions for proper recovery. I would happily suggest to others to seek KonsultaMD for an affordable and on-the-go consultation service :)
