Using the forms module within the Infrastructure platform you are able to set-up and manage forms for any sort of activity. Once you have marked them as accepting data collection, your operators can use this mobile application to scan QR codes and open the correct form, making data collection fast and painless.
The application sends submitted data back to Infrastructure Data immediately or as soon as the operator is back in reception.
