1. You should enable download option in order for us to watch offline. Other streaming apps can do it regardless of their subscription rates.2. You should have “continue watching” feature in order for us to track easily the last episode/scene that have watched so we don’t need to figure out what to click next.

Can't play any movie or series

I just subscribed for the VIP account to have access to the movies I want to watch. But when I click and play the movie it suddenly shows "Source Error. HTTP 403: Forbidden". If this is the case and I won't be able to play any of the videos in the site, then I'm just wasting my money for the VIP subscription then. Do you have alternative solutions for this one?EDIT: I was able to find solutions for this one. I found out that my wifi connection cannot play any of the videos in the app but when using mobile data it actually can. Sorry for the trouble and had changed my rating to 5 star. 😉😉😉😊😊😊

1. Hard to skip forward or backward while playing a video. 2. Touching the screen of your device while the video is playing makes the playback stop. Quite annoying actually. 3. There is no autoplay when watching a series. When an episode ends, you literally have to press the TINY "next" button, then hit play again. 4. You cannot adjust the resolution of the video. I checked every part of the setting. None. 5. I wish the subtitles are bigger. It is too small in my iPad. I was really torn between Discovery+ and GagaOolala, but I decided to go with the latter because I really love watching LGBTQ series. The monthly subscription is almost three times the price of Discovery+. I already have subscriptions to netflix and WeTV, so adding this third streaming app is really expensive. Please make our playback experience better, Add more content like Drag Race, and make it a little less expensive.

I tried the VIP subscription on January and it charged my GCash account but the subscription didn’t go through. I requested refund from Apple and they refunded the amount. This February, I tried subscribing again using a different email address thinking that maybe the first email address that I used was no good. However, same thing happen when I used a new email address. The only difference is that Apple no longer refunded the amount, saying that I was not eligible for refund. Gagaoolala is enjoying the payment without providing the service.
