Personal Fitness Plan
Use the App to access the training program discussed with our Wellness Coaches over the phone to make positive lifestyle changes. Based on the assigned activities, you will be able to see ‘how to do’ videos to guide you through the workout.
Join a Group Class
Use the app to easily find free group classes being yoga, pilates, cross training and more.
Track Your Progress
Measure all your activities, track your measurements and check your progress over time to see how active you are. You will be able to track your body measurements (weight, body fat), amount of calories burnt and more. Receive a weekly report over email to see your MOVEs and how more and more active you are every day.
Connect Apps and Devices
LivFit app allows you to connect and seamlessly sync the data from other applications like Apple Health, Fitbit, MyFitnesPal, Polar, RunKeeper, MapMyFitness, Garmin, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
