how can give them negative star they didnt deserve any star cuz i book a chalet today but suddenly i got a mistake on date instead of Thursday i book the chalet today so i ask them to rebook the reservation but they dont want to do it because of policy they said first i paid 253riyals and when i comeback i check the application the reservation is gone they remove it on my avcount but they didnt refund all the money they refund only 95 riyals out of 253 i dont know whats wrong to them😂😂😂😂 Allah knows everything

The place looks very nice but very karban inside, they will charge you for anything that will break even if it's karban already!!! Will not come back!!!!! 😡😡😡
