I paid for the pro subscription of Manly last Feb 10, 2020. I was delighted to use it but before my first month-subscription ends, I decided not to renew thus on March 7, I requested to cut this.However, I received a billing for another month subscription last March 11 and Today April 11. Since the day I cut the subscription (March 7), I no longer use the app and my access was also limited (to free version). I cannot edit and save my photos. Thus, believing that my subscription already ended.But upon checking today, I was deducted for the 2 succeeding month subscriptions I did not use nor cannot use since your app won’t work and allow me to utilise it.I am seeking for a refund and permanently cancel my subscription. I hope you understand that your app just simply won’t allow me to have access on the paid service yet I am dutifully billed and charged.I am praying you can resolve this immediately.Thank you!
Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Canceling a trial/subscription can only be done by yourself. To do that, please go to your device's "Settings"-> "iTunes & App Stores "->[Your Apple ID]->"View Apple ID "->"Subscriptions"->[This app’s subscription]->"Cancel Subscription/Trial". And the problem you have encountered may arise after you switch to a new phone, reinstall the app, or update the app. Please first go to the app's Settings page and tap ‘Restore Purchased’. You should then be able to use the subscriber-only content again. Re-open the app if the change doesn't become effective right away.
