They r putting item for sale & its not available, when i asked refund, according to them already refunded but when i check my bank they said nothing appeared in the system. Almost 1 month now & still following up for my return.

I just received my deliveries today but sadly all the items you have given is damaged/defective and I can see as well that it is an old stock or even maybe used already by someone else. I will attach the photos and explanation for each of them. Im just frustrated coz, all of them not even one is in proper condition. At this point, I just want to return them and I dont wanna get anything else as I do not trust this app anymore 3 items, and 3 of them is all problem and damaged. I will not recommend it , or use it again especially online shopping as you are selling poor quality items. It’s just a waste of time and effort for scrolling thinking it will be good products.Shame for selling defective products, missing design and looks like it had been used already!
Cancellation of Order Without Customer consent

Dear 6th Street,I have placed my Order thru your app and paid it using my credit card. After I confirmed my order, i have received a confirmation email. Shows that my order will deliver in 7 working days. Unfortunately, after 7days I tried to follow up my order via telephone and without my knowledge. They cancelled my order due to some issues with the item.. etc.. i get upset due to this incident and it was my first time having online shopping with 6th street To all 6th street Customer Service Representative. Please make sure that your products are available before you post it online in order to avoid any issues with your customers.

I ordered 4 items last may, only 1 item arrived last june.. 2 items was cancelled because they were out of stock.. another item they said was with the courier already but no body contacted me for delivery until then when i inquire again, they replied it was lost and will just give refund within 7-10 days.. that was july 20, but i didn't get the refund.. i send again email to inquire about the refund last august 10, total of 4 email sent until today but i didn't receive any respond..It is so unfair to treat your customer like..
