This is a very good game, however it has come to my attention that me and my daughter can’t get my pet back from the new update, “Pet Island”. I had tons of memories with my pets and it’s a shame to see them not in you inventory anymore. Is it possible to fix what the NPC Tammy say “If you do this you will no longer have your pet”, or you can add a notification on the screen saying, “If you accept you will no longer receive your pet”. Please fix this update, children could be playing and I’m not rich person that does not care if a child wants something they really want. It just hurts to see children cry on not getting their pet back, as you know children don’t use apps like facebook, instagram, twitter, etc. Could you please fix this problem? My child also saw that her pet isn’t in her inventory anymore, again I’m not doing this because she is my child, I’m just doing this because I kind of had the same problem with the pet. So many memories and not all people see the notifications and updates on facebook and other apps. So please fix this problem.

having few issues

as i give a harsh two-star review, i’ve come across two or three problems while playing this game. while it is undoubtedly one amazing app, i’ve only started about a week ago and have been playing regularly for hours on end. however, i started to encounter an issue, one being the absence of the “coupon” button in my settings. i updated ‘play together’ to its latest but the button still hasn’t appeared in my settings, thus, i cannot use the coupon codes for rewards. please give me a response to this.additionally, i would just like to add the lack of guidance on few other things to do in the game that are not in its “help and support” button. at first, it was hard to understand what exactly i should do to resolve the desires since there was not much available equipment.and finally, the issue i’m most inconvenienced by is one specific advertisement. i always take the opportunity to receive rewards or get 3x the reward by watching ads, but ever since a few days ago, there was this one particular ad where my screen turns black until an “X” button appears but it doesn’t do anything even when i tap it to cancel. and so, the only way was to leave and reopen “play together” but then i wouldn’t receive 3x the reward. it greatly inconvenienced me seeing as i always have a lot of rewards that can be acquired through watching ads. it tests my patience and it irks me when i continuously experience this. please give a response to this as well asap. thank you for the effort and hard work you put into this game, it is greatly admirable and splendid to be able to experience a metaverse like this.

about houses

i like the game but one problem you see in my opinion we should be able to make our own houses and be able for other get it ether it being paid or making it free and so that it will be less confusing of who house is who’s and we can also pick if we want our house to be able to share or not also be able to put upstairs and as much as we want when we are making it and if you think no to do this then i will give this game 0 stars also the house that we make should be free and put a sign at the outside of the house to be putting a sign like a hospital a hotel putting a sign to tell the people what the house is and not putting a sign if we want it to be just our home. Ummm there is a problem when I do play group I have no flag but my friends in play together do…. Can you put muddy puddles after it rains and when we jump in it we become muddy then we can wash our clothes in the washing machine furniture plz? also i really love to plant can you make a field furniture for me to plant the ingredients instead of buying it? hope you have good health. Microphone / Town / Character / Marriage

Microphone: I suggest to put up a feature where we can use microphone so we don't have to type everytime we communicate. Just like the message feature we can use microphone for friends and nearby. Since there's people who find typing everytime to communicate hassle and we tend to use other app to call just so we can communicate while playing play together. Town: I also suggest to change the different city/town in other server country. So we can have a refresher since we're traveling to other server. I was actually expecting to have different environment when we travel to America from Asia. Just suggesting to make play together more exciting to play and more people will visit different country more. Character: I noticed that when it's raining we need to use umbrella but if we don't it's like there's no difference to using it to not. There should be a feature that if we get wet from the rain there's a task on our character to change clothes. It would make the rain more like realistic. Marriage: I would like to have a feature where couples can get married and have a different house where both of the character can access and change the furniture and stuffs. (I'm not sure if this feature already exist since it's our first month playing the game. We're still grinding making money. LOL!) Overall, I always enjoy the game especially when I'm playing with my boyfriend. I'm also loving the game at the moment. Just want to see it improve as time pass by.
