I made a profile back in 2018 and had points in it until 2019. Just yesterday I couldn’t log into my account because apparently my account does not exist. Furthermore I tried making a new account using a new email, then moved onto trying to log on with Facebook, and then another attempt logging on with Apple ID. All sign ins redirected me back to the log in page. I also did this with the help of the sales ladies, to which even they admitted that the app is buggy. Those points are not worth it. Better to just delete the app.

I had my account in the past but it said it no longer exists so I made a new one. Since the old account I had, points weren’t credited to my old account. With the new app, still, no points have been credited to my new account. I don’t think they still intend to credit the points to my account. I have made several follow-ups and still, nothing happened.

I was able to download the app just fine at the store. I tried to edit my profile and it didn’t work afterwards. I’m now unable to log back in and the app keeps telling me it’s “unable to connect to the server.” Super useless. Ughh. I don’t think the developers are even paying attention to the app. So unfortunate.

Both this SSife app and the Starbucks app are clunky, outdated, and not user friendly. Refresh all you want users, its like this app was completely abandoned. Shopping on it is useless. The Rustan group is Jurassic level in the digital world, they should just give up since they always try but always cut corners and end up short, luxury purveyors my foot.
