The app sure does need more UI Updates since it is earning a lot of money from its users.Also, the badges earned which is supposed to be posted in user’s profile as a bragging rights in their profile page doesn’t show, it only shows the badges that are still in progress and you still have to click the View All button to see it. Isn’t it supposed to show the Earned badges first? Or is it just an ios issue. Anyways, the app is easy to use, it just crashes on ios and still needs more design upgrades to make it more enjoyable for the users.

I think you need to have timely update in this app as iOS updates. App automatically crashes everytime I check on other tabs such as calendar. Hence, hard for me to check on the run available. I can’t even join in the race using the app which I think should not be the case.

App is super easy to use, and “tita” friendly. I never thought these virtual runs can actually push you to get up and get your mileage! This has been super helpful for me especially during times when I can’t join actual runs. This allows me to complete my runs, when I want and where I want. Lots of free virtual races are available. You also get the option to join paid races with actual medals. Overall, super happy with this app and how it has been beneficial to my overall health!

This app really needs an update. There have been several bugs, and considering that many users have invested in it—and that the owner continues to earn from offering virtual runs—it is disappointing that the platform cannot keep up with the latest digital features. While the approval of requests is fast, the logging process takes significantly longer, making the experience inconsistent. At this point, it no longer feels worth the amount we are paying. I hope these concerns can be taken into serious consideration. Otherwise, I may need to stop using it next year.
