this app is a scam, my credit card got locked due to multiple attempts to charge me for something i did not consent to. they also did not issue a refund

I’m very sorry to hear about the issues with unexpected charges — that must be extremely frustrating. Our app has been operating since 2019, and in many cases unexpected charges happen when a subscription was previously activated and then renewed automatically. Still, we definitely want to understand what exactly happened in your case.
