I was subscribed last month for 1 year amounting to 1,190php then today is my second month and i was deducted again a huge amount of 1700php! How come? I thought i'd already paid for one year as per price posted! Why i was deducted on my second month higher than the price posted as your one year subs? I need an immediate action on this and i need refund! I already emailed an i get no response yet!

👋Hi there, according to App Store policies, the subscription will auto-renew unless you unsubscribe it at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. The problem seems to be that during your trial plan, you subscribed for a yearly subscription without canceling the trial. As a result, after the trial plan expires, the Apple Store will automatically renew the yearly subscription.The cancellation methods on the iPhone and iPad are as follows:1. Open "Settings"> 2. Tap your name> 3. Tap "Subscriptions". (If you can't find "Subscription Items", please tap "iTunes and App Store", then tap your Apple ID and "View Apple ID" in order, log in, and scroll down to "Subscription Items". And tap "Subscription Items")> 4. Tap the subscription items you would like to manage>5. Tap "Cancel Subscription". If "Cancel Subscription" is not displayed, it means that the subscription has been canceled and will not be updated. If you need a refund, it is managed by App Store, please contact Apple Support for further assistance, thank you. 😊

i have a project that is due tomorrow which i started 2 days ago. it was going so smoothly i even got the free trial and was planning to purchase premium. my video was 7 mins long. i was finally done and the due was tomorrow. but after i downloaded the vid, THERE WAS NO SOUND. THE AUDIO IS MUTED I DONT UNDERSTAND. but when i go back to editing the audio was fine. until the app kept crashing. i still have 5gb left in my storage so I FREAKING DONT UNDERSTAND WHATS HAPPENING. i tried to save the vid again but its stuck in 0% until i can open the app anymore and it crashed everytime so i had to delete. i reinstalled and my project was gone. THE WORST AND NOW I HAVE TO START OVER MY 7 MINS VIDEO MYGOD

Hi, please note that if you uninstall the app, the device will delete all the data that are related to the app. Therefore, the iOS device will confirm with users if they are sure to delete the app. It might be impossible to recover the data that you delete if you didn't back up the app on the iCloud service. If you encounter a crash or lag issue, suggest you can try to close other running apps, reboot the device, and then try to launch the app again? If the issue persists, you may provide the screen recording of the video editing process, the source files, and the produced video via your personal cloud, such as Google Drive, to help the support team to understand you better and provide effective assistance. Please open the project, tap the gear icon on the upper-right of the editing page to open app Settings, and use "Send Feedback" to contact the Power Director support team. I don’t know whats the problem but just recently I can’t edit even a 30 seconds video. It just lags. Can’t play and pause. No heavy add ons. Just a single cut in a first 30 seconds and its not working. I already deleted the app many times and download again. The problem just keeps on repeating. Can’t work something from the app. It’s frustrating.
