بدأت إذاعة الرقيم بالبث من مدينة الفلوجة وبمرسلة 1k وعلى التردد 97.9 fm حيث غطت منطقة الخالدية وصولا الى أبي غريب كان انطلاقها بداية عام 1441هجرية الموافق 2019 للميلاد وبدأت بالبرنامج الثقافية والاجتماعية والفكرية حيث إهتمت برامجها بعرض المشاكل الإجتماعية والفكرية والثقافية والبحث عن الحلول المناسبة لكل مشكلة ، وآستضافت الإذاعة العديد من المسؤولين ورؤساء ومدراء دوائر الدولة ، وركزت الإذاعة في برامجها على البرامج الفكرية ومعالجة الأفكار المتطرفة وعرض مفصل للمناهج العدائية ، ومحاولة مكافحة تلك المفاهيم والأفكار ، واهتمت الإذاعة بالشباب والعمل على دعمهم بشتى الطرق ، وكذلك المرأة وما تعانيه من عنف أسري وإجتماعي والعمل على عرض ما تعانيه من مشاكل ومعوقات.
