The first time I used the app, it kept crashing. At first, I thought it was due to network traffic, but it happens at any time of the day. Then, I successfully created an account via the website. I tried logging in through the app and was successful. After that, no more crashes. Hoping for a fix soon!

Essential Junction
The app is easy to use. There’s an accuracy issue with the store locator, which hasn’t been updated yet. I tried numerous times to prompt the “click and collect” option but was never successful and opted for home delivery as it costs you a certain amount, which is a common for a “COD” option.

Checkout is buggy and Click & Collect doesn’t work!

Took me more than 20 minutes to check out an item because payment page kept getting an error. Also I wanted to do Click & Collect but it’s only letting me select Cebu as location when I’m from Pasig — kinda defeats the purpose. We only need the product urgently that’s why I went with the purchase but if I had more time, I would have just shopped somewhere else.
Checkout is buggy and Click & Collect doesn’t work!
