Refund Due to Service Issues
Intense game ever
I subscribed to your service yesterday and would like to request a full refund.Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The VPN does not work as intended — it is extremely slow, frequently buggy, and does not allow me to select specific city locations as expected.Additionally, I have made multiple attempts to contact customer support but have been unable to reach anyone. This lack of support is unacceptable.Given these issues, I am requesting an immediate refund. Please advise on how to proceed as soon as possible.
